2.Cup Production：

In terms of manufacturing capabilities, this high-speed paper cup machine delivers a top speed of 228 pcs/min (recommended stable production at 180–200 pcs/min, monthly capacity around 6.5 million cups, scrap rate <0.4%), flexibly accommodating 2.5–16 oz cup sizes and 140–350 gsm paperboards, including single/double PE, PLA, and aqueous barrier coatings. The specialized paper cup forming process combines 3-stage preheating with a 20 kHz ultrasonic forming mold for seamless sidewall cold-bonding, staged bottom heating with servo-regulated deep knurling, and 3-step progressive rim curling on the auxiliary plate, producing leak-proof, highly rigid coffee cups and drink cups with smooth lips that snap-fit tightly with standard beverage lids.

3.Inline Packaging：

Engineered for modern automated clean-room manufacturing, the LPX-228 paper cup production machine features a pneumatic lift-out discharge system that connects seamlessly via overhead transfer conduits to the downstream LPX-750 2-in-2-out automatic paper cup packaging machine, establishing an end-to-end turnkey paper cup production and packaging line from raw paperboard feeding to automated counting, stack collection, and selvage-free film bagging. Synchronized by digital touchscreen HMI controls with interlocking status monitoring, this untouched, closed-loop paper cup forming and bagging system completely eliminates manual cup-handling and secondary contamination, meeting stringent food-grade hygiene standards while slashing downstream labor costs and maximizing overall factory efficiency.
